Life Force was one of my mainstays back in the day! I even wrote this awful Boss Guide for GameFAQs that I probably shouldn’t have brought up!
I’ll be honest though, I was expecting that final bit to end with that one particular gate at the very end of that sequence. You know the one. The one that gets EVERYONE when they don’t know about it.
Contra… with spaceplanes… and it was AWESOME!
