This morning I went to Canadian retailer Future Shop to pick up my copy of Max Payne 3, like many other people all around the world. When I got home, I went to go put my receipt with all my other ones until I noticed something on it. Apparently, because I purchased Max Payne 3, I now had a $20 credit to put towards GTA V. Quite nice of them I must say, however, the best part was what was written after that sentence; “Offer valid February 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013”. Since I highly doubt that such a large retailer would let the offer run out before the game comes out, GTA V just got a confirmed release date window. Don’t want to take my word for it? A picture of my receipt can be found below.
With this receipt, you are eligible for a $20 gaming credit towards Grand Theft Auto V. Offer valid Feb 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013. Coupon good for one game redemption. Original receipt required at time of purchase.
Wow! Nice find Scotty!
Hi!
Nice…
But duude, ever heard of preorder?
O-O!!!
haha 😛
You do relize that it can’t be a preorder because it is suppost to come out late this year or early next year.
If anything i would guess the Feb 1,2013.
Also maybe the retailer dosn’t know the date so the put it on there for when they thought it might come out.
