A long time ago, in a galaxy known as the one we’re in right now, I played through a chapter of the Squaresoft SNES RPG Live-A-Live. After doing this, I had decided that I wouldn’t do any more of it. I didn’t really feel like I’d be able to make a watchable series out of an RPG. Times have changed, and I believe I can pull this off in a way the game deserves. Join me as I take a trip through time with Cess, a longtime RPG fan, and we explore the world that Square created back in 1994.
The mission is “simple”, sneak in and rescue a man. Of course, this won’t be as easy as it sounds.
…at least partially because I’m awful at stealth, apparently.
There are a few things that our sword can still solve for us, however.
Next time, we’ll continue our peaceful journey of Ninja Power. Later!

Awesome, I was hoping you would play this again. You two probably did not know but you do have at least one historian who watches your videos, but the anti-history comments were funny so it is fine
Historian, eh? If you’ve never played this you’ll probably get a bit of a kick out of a revelation at the end of this chapter.
I’m a bit of an amateur historian, but you didn’t even bother asking!
*runs upstairs crying*
I may have to check the game out this summer then once the semester is over. I am too busy with the semester right now as I am writing a new set of lectures each week. I teach history at a community college here in California while I look for a full-time professor job.
I played the game a little bit a few years ago when you first uploaded videos from it. I know I played the Wild West scenario all the way through. I know I started the caveman one but I do not recall if I finished it.
